These plates are solid and high-quality. They are coated with a baked-on enamel for beautiful shine and durability. Plate measures: 3" W x 1" H. We automatically darken the engraving (unless requested otherwise).

If you choose to have holes drilled, they will be 1/8" in diameter (3 mm). The holes will be on each end, 1/8" from the sides of plate, and centered from top to bottom.

If you choose to have corners rounded, they will be rounded to a 1/8" radius.

For use with indoor applications only. These plates are not meant to be mounted outdoors or in otherwise humid conditions. The engraving is not deep, such as embossing/debossing, but it is lightly cut into the plate surface.
These plates are intended for mounting to stationary objects that will not be moved around, such as frames, trophies, walls, doors, etc. Please be careful to check the engraving information that you send to us. We engrave the plates exactly as the text is typed in the customization areas.

It was easy to use the online tool to design the text to be engraved. Ordering was easy and the plate was delivered promptly. The quality appears to be excellent.

The perfect finishing touch

I've been using the 3x1 brushed gold brass plates to identify the maker’s names on my furniture. The gallery that shows my work, are very impressed with the brass plates... they add just the perfect finish to the custom tables. I am so glad I found your website. I no longer can get nameplates where I used to. Now I found your place, and they are even better than what I used to get. Never were able to get inscription in black, leaving the ones I have hard to read. Your's are so much cooler. I have a nameplate on a painting I will change to yours. Brass plaque with "Bubby, Little Houdini" on it

I am extremely pleased with this plaque. It is for a cremation box for my favorite cat, who had to be euthanized following a house fire. The original plaque on the box was misspelled and I was so unhappy, I started looking online and found your company and a plaque the same shape and size. It is perfect and I have replaced the old one. It made my day when it came. Great Job! Thank you so much.
